7-11 Breathing is an exercise that helps you relax. Breathing In and counting to Seven and while exhaling the person counts to Eleven. And as you are continuing the process your breating activates the Sympathetic Nervous System and the Stress Reduces and breathing out activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System and the relaxation process allows you to feel calm.
